Learn to move with the light and love for balance, flexibility, strength, conditioning, coordination, proper breathing, and so much more!  This is a very safe and gentle exercise for all ages.  Because it is very safe and gentle, Living Light and Love Movement (LLL Movement) allows each person to move at their own ability.  Live music to move by.

"A clear example exists in your world every day of what fair trade is.  Fair trade is where the hearts of all people are sure this is fair.  When fair trade happens, there exists a sustainable world.  When fair trade doesn't happen, loss will be the ultimate gain for those parties causing the loss for others.  This is in the world everywhere, and it is often called suffering.  It is not suffering, but loss, and loss can often spell relief for those souls so completely burdened by the potential pain that they have caused.  God knows where the fair trade is happening, or not happening, and the spells of loss can actually be seen as a payment for past hurt to others. It is time though to begin to deal with things more consciously.  It is time to make fair trades, and feel your hearts open with the understanding that you are putting money into your own bank account by doing so.  To shine with the consciousness of exchange is better than to make a small gain for a time, only to lose it later.  You will see this happen everywhere, and it will be a great lesson."

This is a quote from Nana Veary in the book "Change We Must",

"A lot of people have asked, "What is metaphysics?"  I like to say metaphysics is all about love.  Love is an innate power you have within you that can change your life.  Love is the nature of the inner self, your real self.
In Christianity, all of the laws that we must abide by have been resolved into two commandments.  There were ten, but thank goodness now we have only two, and they are beautiful.  One says, "Thou shall love thy God with all thy heart, with all thy soul, with all thy strength, and with all thy mind."  The second is, "Thou shall love thy neighbor as thyself."  Love actually is a fulfillment of the law, and that simplifies everything.  If you love others, you do not want to kill them or lie to them.  Love is the key, and love is the law.  It is love that releases us from all bondage of any kind."
